Developer license

SysSurge only charge for developer licenses for use with development environment workstation computers and we do not charge for use with staging and production environment computers.

Non-roaming license

A non-roaming license means that the software can at any point of time only be installed on a single computer and the total number of concurrent users on that computer must not exceed the number of purchased licenses at any given time.

Roaming license

A roaming license means that the software can at any point of time be installed on multiple computers as long as the total number of concurrent users does not exceed the number of purchased licenses.

Personal licenses for individual developers

A personal license is a named-user license which restricts the use of the software to the private individual that purchased it. Personal licenses are meant for individual developers but not for companies or organizations. Personal licenses are non-transferable and only a single individual is allowed use the license at any given time. Personal licenses are billed to and owned by a private individual and not business entities and cannot be purchased or reimbursed by companies or organisations. Perpetual license model

You can use the software for life but you cannot upgrade to a new major version of the software without purchasing a new license.

Subscription license model

You rent the software on a monthly basis with automatic renewal unless you cancel the subscription, and you can upgrade to major versions of the software without addition license costs while you are renting the software. If you cancel the subscription the software will automatically stop working.
